This image is reminder to me of the ripples of what we do, what we think, and where our mind goes… how it affects us even if we want to pretend otherwise.
This little bugger is sending out his patterns of energy into the water… it is more tangible than our energy flow but it’s the same thing.
Thinking about running into someone who is just having a crap day.. Man the vibe is all over you radiating from them and can really bring you down. Then crossing paths with someone having their own little dance party today, loving life and just feeling like they Got this! Its contagious! So thrilling and invigorating. I strive to be that person. The one with the echoing patterns like this photo of positive energy and genuine happiness. Can’t do it all the time of course ! But it its such a win win… I love the shared energy feeling when you cross paths at the right time with the right person and it just clicks And no, I don’t mean some cheesy romantic meeting on a gondola in Italy .. ‘Wow your date didn’t show up either!! =its magic!!’ Haaa! That crap hardly happens (it does but come on) .. I mean just genuine feeling someone else’s ripple, it is positive and hits at right the wavelength for you at that moment. Nice.

Ah the holiday season is just a temporary reality and time is a construct, but I am just obsessing over this guy and I don’t know why. Is he dancing or threatening? Welcoming or warning? Is it a he? Why would I assume so? Its pretty curvy but somehow strikes me as masculine.
One of my favorite psychological disorders strikes again… Merry Psychological Disturbances that are just reality Christmas!

Get into the zone
Sometimes, making changes that you want to see in your life feel nearly impossible. It takes a willingness to step outside your comfort zone to make significant changes that will transform your world. Start simple – Filter out the chaos so you can Focus. Empower yourself to activate! these subtle changes are some helpful tips
Listen to Your Intuition—We like to think life is linear and rational. But more often than not, we make blind decisions based on what we know at the time. But what if you started following your intuition more often than your brain? Often, the right choice is the one we don’t fully understand at the time. Your intuition can lead you down a path you least expect, but that can change your life in exciting ways. Worry less about connecting the dots and spend more time riding the wave.
Understand Your Why—You want to make changes but find year after year, you have yet to make it happen. One reason for this is because you don’t understand why you want to make the change. Or you understand it, but you focus on how hard it will be to make the change. Look at the big goal you have and ask yourself why you want it. Will it free up time, make you healthier, or make retirement more comfortable? If the answer is yes, you should keep your thoughts on how much better your life will be when you’ve made the change and then take action. Always start with your “why.”
Take Action—Often we humans wait until the time is right to do something meaningful. And for this reason, many of us have regrets later in life. What do you genuinely want? If you can answer that question automatically, it’s time to take action. Any action. It doesn’t have to be the “right” action. But making that first step will lead you to discover the right next steps to take that will lead you to where you want to go.
Stay Shortsighted—Have you ever thought you’d like to make a significant change in your life but then thought yourself out of it? When we look too far into the future, we can get overwhelmed and end up doing nothing. Ask yourself what the first step would be to make that change. Then the next step. And the next one. Most successful people didn’t know where exactly they’d end up. They just knew they wanted to change their lives, and so they did, step by step. Don’t let the fear of the unknown future steal your happiness today by keeping you paralyzed.

Nature is an amazing art gallery. Pareidolia or not, Pablo Picasso would be taking a moment to appreciate and listen.

Declutter Tips for Any Season
Spring isn’t the only time you can have a big clean-out! It is always a great time to reconsider what we want to take with us into the future. Here are some suggestions to get started.
Memberships and Subscriptions—Companies offer us the ease of automated subscriptions and memberships because they know many of us will forget about them. They keep charging us month after month for things we don’t need or even want. Make a list of the ones you have set up. Make sure to look at last year’s credit card bills to find every last one. Then, reevaluate what you want to keep and what can go. Think hard—do you need another year of that magazine or gym subscription? If it’s not adding value to your life, the answer is no.
Computer Files—It’s unbelievable the clutter that builds up on our computers over the year. Go through all the things you’ve saved to files, note-saving apps, bookmarks, downloads, etc. Be ruthless. If you’ve forgotten about that website or document, it probably means it won’t change your life by deleting it.
Website Subscriptions—We all sign up for dozens of newsletters over the year, and rarely do we open them. We keep deleting them or worse, let them build up in our inbox. Take the time to unsubscribe from all newsletters or emails you no longer want to receive in this coming year.
Banking and Bills—If you haven’t set up automated banking for all of your bills, there’s no better time to do it! Gather up all those paper copies and enter them into your bank’s online app. Even bills that have varying amounts each month, like your electric or gas bills, can be paid through online banking. You can pay them on time and in full each month with a couple of clicks.
Email—You’ve already unsubscribed from emails and newsletters you no longer want to receive. But what about all the random emails that are clogging up your inbox right now. Go through each one and either delete it or add it to an email folder, so you know where it is if you need it later. You’ll be able to find what you need and will be amazed at how less stressful it is to check email when you keep your inbox clean.
Household—Even though we’ve focused on your digital life so far, don’t forget about all the things in your environment that you no longer need. Start small by decluttering one room at a time. Even 10-15 minutes a day will help you start the year free of clutter and items you no longer use. And, it feels great to give those items to charity.
