Refund/Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, they  do not qualify for refunds, please reach out prior to purchasing with any questions. 

Our ‘Made For You’ products  are only eligible for a return, or refund if the manufacturing quality is subpar. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at: helloadmin@positivelydaily.com as soon as possible with pictures of the defective merchandise and we will make it right. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
