Hello there it’s Meredith!
A good sense of humor gets me through most days and a big goal of mine in 2025 is to institute a morning ritual that I can stick to (and doesn’t take 4 hours)!! I’m a little bit into the woo (maybe a lot if you ask my kids?) and I love being outdoors and taking pictures. I traded in my torch and hammers decades ago and find the novelty of having a camera in my phone allows me to catch glimpses of beauty and juxtapositions of nature while doing mundane (but necessary) things like walking my dog Aiko.
I’m multi-passionate and have discovered that it’s possible to do ALL the things you love. My next ‘Infinite Possibilities’ class starts March 4th – there’s always room for growth.
Join me – jump on into your projects not with eyes closed but with your goggles on! Find ways to do the things that make your heart sing, your imagination spark, and your body move. Collaborate and contribute widely because the world desperately needs your talent, guidance, and heart.

I am fascinated with the idea of perspective shift.
Sometimes it is as literal as my day job of helping people create or remodel spaces to make a new reality with interior design to change one’s surroundings with creativity and purpose. Sometimes it is more visual and mystical as in looking at the reflection on the surface of the water rather than seeing the rocks below. Other times it is more abstract by shifting your mind to think differently despite what is in front of your eyes, this is my Positively Daily venue.
This Positively Daily adventure venture has provided the space to share things which inspire and motivate me, things which help me shift perspective. One venture is the River Reflection Series~ various products created with moments captured on the river. These photos & products help me to take time to pause, filter out the action of the moment and focus on the flow.
Positively Daily Creative Ventures
We set out on this Positively Daily venture with a couple of core guidelines. Only create and promote things we ACTUALLY use and find valuable, helpful, motivational or otherwise positive in our lives. Only use our own photographs. We don’t claim to be fancy photographers, we just capture moments in the world that catch our eye. Sometimes the magic of the moment isn’t even seen right then – later finding a surprising reflection or mesmerizing pattern turns a seemingly random moment into an intriguing insight. Nothing is random and we love finding serendipity and ‘coincidences’ (although we might not believe in coincidences?).
In our shop you will find the beginning of us bringing our collaboration to life after many iterations, starts and stops, years of brainstorming, other stores and sites opened and closed… 2025 brings it to life here and we are excited to be getting started!

Our Story... the short version of the longer version
Decades old friends (literally 3 decades) committing to a WordPress site!?! What gives??
We are Julie & Meredith collectively and separately so much more than we give ourselves credit for but we hope you’ll join us in our journeys for all of us to live our best lives …
We yearned for something different after we joined a “wellness” program challenge as teammates. Yes, we both lost a few pounds but we were both miserable throughout the entire 12 weeks! After that we designed our OWN challenge to keep us inspired, had much better results and WAY more fun! But Positively Daily isn’t about pounds, it’s about the whole person, learning and growing into our best selves.
We decided that a collaborative effort between friends who realize the support we each receive to follow our goals, as silly or as ambitious as they may be is priceless. Not everyone has an empathetic sounding board, a supportive intellectual cheerleader to raise the bar, find red flags, gently point out flaws with patience and relentless support of the ambitions of the other with honesty and passion. We are lucky to have found that in our friendship and want to share.
So, be it a big or little change you want to make the system needs to work for you. It’s human nature to get wrapped up in your own perspective. Often those around us are not on the same page or necessarily the best equipped to support us on our personal journey. The core belief at Positively Daily is that it all stems from within. It starts with you. Finding your voice, your passion, your place in this world gives you the strength to make your own reality to share, to shine and to celebrate.
What does Positively Daily mean to us?
To me, being Positively Daily means to be present, real and open. I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t know something; but also the first to admit that I want to know more about something. Well into my 50’s and still a lifelong student, curiosity has a hold on me. I feel that investigating things that interest you and taking care of yourself are things that will take you far at any age. Some of my current passions are my photographs and making products and patterns out of them, energy (like scalar waves and such) and of course sharing the things I’ve found helpful along the way. Hoping some of them resonate with you!
To me, being Positively Daily means being in touch with the power of your mind over your body and your life. Choosing to make a conscious effort to focus your mind on something inspirational or calming to give yourself a break from the daily flurry and send your energy in the direction you want to do. The brain is an amazing and powerful tool which responds to our emotions and our thoughts with chemical reactions flowing through our body all the way to the cellular level. I am inspired by the power of energy that comes from believing in something and seeing it come true. I want to share that feeling and help others find that inner strength and sparkle.
